Refund policy

Every Field Notice item is printed or embroidered just for you when you order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us at atyourconvenience.office@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice, and you don't need to send anything back.

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll reship it or refund you.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Need to cancel? Email us right away. Once an order goes into production we can't cancel it.
